Janpanese Class Of Kayac

In any organization, communication is always the key to succeed. That’s why Kayac aims to improve communication between Vietnamese staff and Japanese managers. We have been applying benefit policy to staff who can use Japanese. And in order to increase Japanese speakers, we’ve started two Japanese classes after work so that our staff can learn Japanese for free.
N4 class: For those who just started to learn Japanese. The target of this class is 100% of this class learners pass level N4 of JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test) in Jul., 2018. This class is held 3 days a week.
N3 class: For those who have been learning Japanese before. . The target of this class is 100% of this class learners pass level N3 of JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test) in Jul., 2018. This class is held 2 days a week.
Both classes started in Sep. 2017. Even though these classes are newly established, but our staff has joined them and gave positive reviews. The reasons are listed as below:
_ Free classes in company helped those who wants to start learning Japanese to have the first step easier.
_ Teachers are also company staff so if the learner has any question it’s very convenient to communicate.
_ Strengthen the bond between our staff. Due to the increasing number or communicating topic, learners and teachers become closer to each other.
_ Training high quality human resources for the future.
But our classes also had some problems. For example, the class is canceled when learning space is occupied by other activities. Or when the learners get busy and they cannot get in class on time. Moreover, married staff will find it harder to follow the class due to family matters.
Even though we had some problems, those problems cannot stop Kayac staff from coming to class on time, doing all the exercises and reading our loud textbook paragraphs.
For now, our classes has become stable. We hope that this will be the start for our high quality human resource training. Because the increasing in Japanese speaking staff will allow Japanese managers to join education and culture exchanges activities in the future. And at that time, our company culture environment as well as our ability to adapt to the globalization of market, will be improved.
